UFO Landing Strip

I saw this a while back while "sight seeing" on Google Earth.  It's either a UFO Landing Strip or the world's largest Trivial Pursuit game piece and by a crazy coincidence it is located in Congressional "District 9".  OK I totally made that last part up.
